Volvos and buses: Volvos and buses regularly ply between Delhi and Dehradun. It’s almost an 8-hour ride from Delhi.
Taxis: There are taxi and bus options from Dehradun Railway Station to Mussoorie. You can also take a private cab from Delhi to Mussourie.

You can also get binoculars from there to have a clearer view of the hills and mountain range. Char Dukan is nearer to Lal Tibba and you can walk down to the place to enjoy the mesmerising view.
Char Dukan
As the name suggests, this old cantonment ground has four shops that are famous for food. Our favourite food items, waffles, momos, and Maggie/Noodles, are available and are enjoyed by all the tourists around there. Also, try ginger and honey tea for warming up your body in the cold.
St Paul’s Church
St. Paul’s Church lies just next to the Char Dukan and is widely famous among the local residents. The church’s architecture is a treat to the eyes and the greenery around it is a treat to the soul.
Happy Valley, the first Tibetan settlement in India
When the Chinese occupied Tibet In 1959, the Dalai Lama and his followers walked for days to cross over to India. On April 20, 1959, they reached India after walking for 15 days and Happy Valley became the first Tibetan settlement in India. Later on, the seat was shifted to Dharamsala.

Situated close to Ruskin Bond’s house, Doma’s Inn offers delicious food. You can also stay at this place and try Thukpa there.
